Flowers repurposed to spread cheer

A new nonprofit is starting to bloom here, based on the idea of collecting free flowers and giving them to people to cheer them up. An opening celebration will be held on April 30.

Brilliant! A wonderful way to reuse flowers that will benefit the recipient and also volunteers who will learn about flower arranging. Great idea.
