Jury selection was a month ago... anyone know what the status of the trial is?

Curious how someone could go speeding by a CHP's flashing lights and flares, and still seek to blame others for her accident.

Been settled?

After a 14-day jury trial in San Mateo County Superior Court, a judge awarded the county a reimbursement of $144,143 in fees in resolving a lawsuit brought by Menlo Park physician Dr. Jean W. Gillon, who was seeking compensatory damages in connection with an 2012 accident on Interstate 280.
Dr. Gillon sued the county, Stanford University and Webb Ranch (in Ladera) for property damages and personal injury after the Mercedes Benz she was driving collided with an injured horse lying in the dark in a northbound lane of the freeway at around 5 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2012.
The complaints against the university and the ranch were dismissed in February 2015.
