A friend in South San Francisco has also received several phone calls from scammers. They are aggressive in their messages on the answering machine. She hasn't answered any calls nor returned any calls. Please, people, do not send them any prepaid cards regardless of what is said or any threats of being arrested. IRS does not threaten arrests or ask for prepaid cards.
Also, IRS does not have caller unknown identifiers when calling people.
