Menlo Park man cited after claiming to be police officer

A "driving incident" on Crane Street led to the citation of a Menlo Park man for allegedly impersonating a police officer.

This type of behavior should be more than a misdemeanor. Women can be severely in trouble when men impersonate a peace officer. [Part removed. In Town Square posts, please don't assume a named person is guilty.] It is a despicable thing to do to a woman.
