The Menlo Park City Council policy against elevated tracks should be changed. the old policy just makes it harder if not impossible for the city to apply for state and federal grant money for grade separations.

Agree that the city needs to discuss grade separations by elevating the train tracks. This is a proven technique that works well in other parts of the county. Pushing for something else is usually just a smokescreen for pushing for nothing at all.
