Bicyclists, please be aware of the fact that when a motorist comes to an intersection and checks for traffic, they are looking to see if other cars are coming. Human brain research shows that since they are looking for CARS, it is very easy for them to NOT see oncoming bicyclists, UNLESS it is one with a forward facing flashing white light. I continue to be amazed at the number of bicyclists I see riding at dusk with no lights, front facing or rear facing.
