Genuine waste of public school time and money. Please choose one of the private school/outside of school tutor/home school etc. options for your special kids.

The backers of this initiative will SAY ANYTHING to get their petition, which is ill thought out and not backed at all by the community, to get this approved. Their credibility is below zero at this point. Yes, I am stating that they have no credibility. Of course, if they follow course, I will now be accused of namecalling and bullying. But look at the facts. The MPSCD study group found the petition woefully lacking. The SMCOE did the same. Their response is to disguise fact with platitude and just say, oh, we didn't mean that, oh, let us change that. ENOUGH WASTED TIME AND MONEY. Let's hope the SMCBOE sees through this tactic too. I will repeat what I have always said, this is a special interest group who want the taxpayers to fund a luxury program that they desire for their children NOW. They are NOT working with anyone to find a way to better education in the district. Selfish and self centered by definition.
