Social worker accused of child molestation faces additional charges

A former San Mateo County Child Protective Services Agency social worker accused of molesting East Palo Alto girls to which he was assigned is facing 10 additional felonies for allegedly having sexual relations with a third minor, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office.

So a 38 year old man goes to his parents who post additional bail. When this many counts of child sexual assault are against you - it pretty much validates the charges. Multiple victims in multiple places without a relation to each other (other than of course Manuel) If he is proven guilty I have no hope he will ever be rehabilitated. Every case and every study I have read validates that stance. I would challenge his parents to do their homework before posting bail. I would encourage his victims to be strong and tell their factual stories - let the jury decide his fate. Remember this: If true the victims lives will never be the same as they were challenged to start with and believed in a person of trust and now that very person abused that trust.... what does that tell that victim about trusting people.
