San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez and the alleged photo.

Original post made by Michael G. Stogner, another community, on Jan 29, 2015

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told Dave Boyce

"Mr. Lopez's cellphone had a photo of the inmate using the contraband phone."

The photo taken June 28, 2013 @ 9:08AM shows an inmate across the room with his hand up to his ear there is no telling what he has in his hand if anything, you sure can't identify a make or model of a phone from that photo.

Just because Steve Wagstaffe says Mr. Lopez's cellphone had a photo of the inmate, doesn't mean it's true.

Steve Wagstaffe has a photo that is true. Where it came from remains to be determined.

Every Sheriff Deputy in San Mateo County knows that they could be the next Juan Lopez.

Think about this Hells Angel gang member inmate (not) in this photo. sitting out in an open area with a guy standing next to him as he is talking on a cell phone that was smuggled in. If it was smuggled in shouldn't the guy be hiding it? Why is he sitting out in the open, is it possible that inmates have access to phone sometimes and our DA knows this?

Remember Deputy Juan Lopez was told by the DA on 8/4/14 that he was being investigated for election fraud and financial fraud, and ordered to surrender his California Drivers License, which he did, he followed orders.

Why? If the jailers are the ones who gave it to him? No need to hide it. Like SOA flaunting things in front on Chief Unser. Once you are owned by a gang, they don't respect you.

The gentleman with the phone in Steve Wagstaffe's photo is not D.Lopez either.
