San Mateo Judge Publicly Admonished by Commission on Judicial performance for a DUI

It's quite rare for the California Commission on Judicial Performance to publicly admonish a judge, but they did so in the case of San Mateo Judge Scott who was arrested for drunk driving. And yet he's still on the bench..
