Residents, public agencies stockpiling sand before storm

A flash flood watch and high wind warning have been issued by the National Weather Service in advance of the storm expected to hit tonight (Dec. 10) through Thursday evening. The storm is predicted to be one of the strongest to strike the area since October 2009.
