Just a quick word of support from me as you go through a difficult time. To those who matter, your decades of outstanding work in law enforcement are all that count and your integrity is not the slightest marked by the modern media's efforts to make a story out of a non-story. Hard as it is to think it now, remember it will be yesterday's news and irrelevant by tomorrow.

My positive thoughts are out there for both of you.
Steve

Sgt. Jason Peardon conducts interviews with correctional employees, He leads each one them with the words he is looking for, He does not like the fact that those words never come from the witnesses, without him speaking them.

Jordan Boyd of the District Attorney's Office on 8/4/2014 demands Deputy Juan Lopez surrender his Drivers License, he declares that DMV Computer records show it has been suspended since January. Juan Lopez complies and is without a DL for almost 90 days. Deputy Lopez drove Inmates for the Sheriff Office most of the year, does anybody really believe that his license was suspended?
(REACT Task Force)?
Jordan Boyd shows Deputy Lopez two Search Warrants for his two homes. Juan supplies the keys to both properties. Not necessary boots kicking doors open is cooler.

When I went to San Mateo County Court Records to obtain copies of the Search Warrant, I was informed that they are not there, I was also denied access to the file of all Search Warrants for the month. I e-mailed Steve Wagstaffe and John Fitton, asking why the Search Warrants were missing from the public records. A miracle happened, they showed up but now they are sealed.

The United States Postmaster General's Office communicates with Credit Rating Companies and changes the status from residential to commercial on one of Deputy Lopez's homes. That effects the ability to borrow money. The good news is the USPO had no idea they did that….(REACT Task Force)?

Yesterday Deputy Juan Lopez was served papers by the Sheriff Office, they called asked where he was he told them, they said they would be by within an hour they were he was right where he said he would be, very civil, He has ordered to stay at his home until 6PM everyday.

Michael: is Mr. Lopez denying working with the gang member in jail?

What is his explanation for the cell phone and photos?

Does anyone think for a moment this is not payback for Deputy Lopez running against Munks? It's so obvious as to almost be laughable if they weren't destroying a man's life.

So far these are just sound bites in the media. Deputy Lopez does not know what he is charged with, either do I.

Lets get Deputy Juan Lopez's girlfriend's cell phone back.

That's all we need DA and Sheriff looking at her personal photos.

DDA Boyd has already spoken about seeing them, not very professional.

Where did prosecutor Boyd make the remarks about seeing the photos on the phone belonging to Mr. Lopez's girlfriend? Was this to the press? Correct me if I am wrong but I dont recall the girlfriend being charged with anything. If Boyd made remarks on this matter, it is indeed unprofessional. It wouldn't be the first time someone from the DA's office has acted in an unprofessional manner.

The remarks were made to the girlfriend when she demanded her phone back, she shared her concern of some photos, he responded he already saw them.

Very unprofessional

It would be great if the Almanac could contact the District Attorney's Office and publish what the charges against Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez are. That would be a public service.

OTHERS,

There are others who are paying a price, and there is more destructive behavior taking place, behind the scenes.

I call them the computer HACKERS with badges.
They at one time were based out of Atherton Police Department until the citizens found out.

Deputy Juan Lopez proved his honesty and courage by running against a sheriff who hoped we would believe his claim to have only been seeking a massage when he was caught by the FBI inside a bordello. Media reported Las Vegas Police Lieutenant saying the women inside were sex slaves. Does anyone over 9 years old believe Munks? Does anyone believe Mr. Cover-Up Wagstaffe telling us it was just coding errors at samTrans, no crime committed when an auditor and 2 employees reported phoney expenses and payments of over $2 million? Showing payments to an audit firm for 2010-2013 whose last audit was 2009 is not a coding error. I will bet $100 the charges against Deputy Lopez will be dropped or proved phoney. Let's agree on who will hold the money, Mr.(anonymous) San Mateo County Voter. Prosecutors get to do phoney things without being called on it because people drink the Kool-Aid. We need to get rid of prosecutors and sheriffs who lie to us.

Now that is the way to make San Mateo County Safer.

I'll hold the $$$

It will never happen. Between the sheeple of San Mateo County that can't be bothered to educate themselves about the corrupt people they keep electing and the fact that clearly anyone that runs against these corrupt officials will be hanging a target on their back it simply isn't going to happen until an outside force, like the AG or the FBI get involved.

I'm not holding my breath.

Mr. Stogner: Is it true that in his statements to the press, DA Steven Wagstaffe changed his story about Juan Lopez and the cell phones? In the first story he said that Lopez actually gave a cell phone to an inmate. Is it true that in a later story, Wagstaffe changed his tune and said that Lopez didn't give the cell phone to the inmate but just "knew" about it? Can you or the reporters clarify this for the rest of us? And if he did change his story, why did he do this?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Thank you!!

That is why I am asking the Almanac to contact DA Wagstaffe and print the exact charges.

The reason I said Tag TEAM in the title is Sheriff Greg Munks is now investigating why Juan was arrested this last week. So to recap he has been under house arrest, DL demanded by DA's Office, told he was being investigated for election fraud, financial fraud. DA Wagstaffe has him arrested for something else and now Greg Munks is investigating him for being arrested.

Almanac reporters: Is this true that there is no consistent reason for Deputy Lopez's arrest? Is it true that Sheriff Munks is investigating why he was arrested in the first place? If so, this is just plain bonkers !Please investigate.

San Mateo County District Attorney is a master at manipulation of information to the residents of the County.

"knew" about it? is a perfect example. What does that mean?

Lets wait until the charges are printed somewhere.

Prosecutorial Misconduct is alive and well in San Mateo County.
