Paul Nagengast knows how to do things right. His previous city - Half Moon Bay - uses an outsourced engineering outfit that saw $$ in replacing the Main Street Bridge entirely with a brand new but soulless bridge and an intellectually numb City Council pushed ahead with it. It took a landslide citizen ballot measure to stop them. Another landslide brought 2 new and smarter Council members.

Maybe Half Moon Bay should try to get Paul back.
