There is just one scandal after another involving San Mateo County employees. Somebody needs to be checking on these employees.

Janet -- that's a rather broad brush charge don't you think? Seems pretty unAmerican to charge a group with some sort of guilt.

The 5 Supervisors are responsible to the citizens, They have done nothing to stop this, no reporting mechanism.
The list is long, 40 years worth, a Doctor, Probation Chief, IT expert, etc.
