Tasers, water and Belle Haven garden go before Menlo Park council

The agenda for Tuesday's (Oct. 7) council meeting in Menlo Park runs the gamut from police use of Tasers to hiring a consultant to update the city's water management plan and authorizing the creation of a community garden in Belle Haven.
