Woodside: No easy solution for troublesome Mountain Home Road crossing

Students at Woodside Elementary School are using new and improved crosswalks in front of the school, but still to come this fall are several improvements to safety while walking to school. One trouble spot, however, remains unresolved.

Woodside needs to abandon the myth that it is a rural town and install stop lights at dangerous intersections and pedestrian crossings, especially on high volume roads like Hwy 84.
