Menlo Park police stage training at former school this week

Explosions, gunfire and yelling -- all simulated -- may be heard coming from the former campus of James Flood Elementary School this week as the Menlo Park police and other law enforcement agencies stage a training exercise.

Too bad this school is not being used for it's intended purpose! EDUCATING CHILDREN It has been vacant for quite sometime now and not very pretty to look at anymore. What a waste of a valuable asset!
