Many, if not most, of Woody Allen's movies are the same:  Older man falls for VERY young and ethereal/flighty waif who could be his daughter. In other words, he keeps making movies that mirror his real life. 
To say the least, it's very disconcerting -- so I don't watch them anymore.

Outstanding review, Peter. I saw the move first, then read your review, and you hit it right on the head. Sometimes the art of the review is better than the art being reviewed. That is certainly true in this case.
