Who will get your vote for the 24th State Assembly District?

One of the offices we are voting for during the June 3rd Primary Election is for the 24th District of the State Assembly. For anyone who might not be familiar, California's State Assembly is made up of 80 representatives from around the state, and is the "lower house" of the state legislature, just like the House of Representatives is in the U.S. Congress. The district runs from Sunnyvale to Menlo Park, and west to the Pacific. The 24th District was redrawn by the Citizens' Redistricting Commission in 2011, so the first election using the new 24th district took place in 2012.

There are three candidates running for this office on June 3rd, and the top two finishers will face each other in a run off in November. I am proud to be one of these three candidates. Any voter who cares about the long-term solvency of our state, or about improving our students' educational outcomes, or wants to do something about the high level of corruption in our legislature, should make sure to research the three candidates and vote accordingly.

Anyone with a lick of sense will not vote for that Back Bencher Gordon. If you want status Quo than Rich Gordon is the one to vote for. But if you want an independent thinker who puts the voters interest above the well oiled corrupt legislators in Sacramento then Diane Gable is the most reasonable choice.
