SEQUOIA HOSPITAL PAVILION GRAND OPENING MAY 2

Original post made by Jack Hickey, Woodside: Emerald Hills, on Apr 30, 2014

Had it not been for my referendum petitioning effort in 2003, which derailed the effort of those who advocated relocating Sequoia Hospital down by the Bayshore, this celebration would not have been at this historic and beautiful site. Web Link Bob Parkhurst, Ray Wantin, the late Walt Englert and I personally collected more than 3,500 signatures on petitions Web Link which I created.

REDWOOD CITY, CA – April 28, 2014 – The brand new, highly anticipated $275 million Pavilion at Dignity Health Sequoia Hospital will be unveiled with a Grand Opening celebration on May 2. The Pavilion is among the newest and most advanced health care facilities in the Bay Area and will open its doors to patients this summer.

The May 2 Grand Opening is part of four days of events planned to celebrate this historic milestone, including a benefit gala and a special community event. Please visit www.SequoiaPavilion.org for detailed information and to see photos of our new Pavilion.
