Robert Foucrault, longtime San Mateo County Coroner , faces a challenger this year.
Some may remember that in 2006 a scathing report was released about Foucrault 's office that described an appalling atmosphere that included sexual harassment, employees viewing sexually explicit websites and incidents where Foucrault twice mooned a female employee.
