As a Red Cross volunteer I've seen areas devastated by hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and fires.

Hi, Barbara,

I wept as I read your story. Thank you for sharing your Oso experience with us. The pictures we saw on tv were overwhelming; I can't even imagine being there in person.

Thank you for a job well done. You made a positive and important difference in the lives of your fellow human beings.
