Environmental report opens door for comment to FAA about aircraft noise

For some residents of Portola Valley, Woodside and nearby communities, the current level of commercial aircraft noise in the skies above may lessen as the years go by, but it just as easily may not.

....the noise from planes either landing or taking off at SFO seems to be the worst between 9.00 pm and 3.00 am and sometimes it can be very loud. There needs to be a clear altitude level set and airlines not adhering to this fined!
