He is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today at Federal Building in San Francisco.

Those involved in local politics know that Yee's longtime district director David Burroto is now the current Democratic chair and is also working as San Mateo Supervisor President Dave Pine's chief legislative aide.

Its been reported that 30 people have been arrested this morning.

NBC We Investigate was the only media at Mr. Yee's house this morning for his arrest.

One allegation,
The affidavit alleges that Yee was involved in a conspiracy to traffic firearms.
