This murderous cycle of violence has been going on in this area for over 30 years. The community enables murders and violence because the residents do not collectively stand against the violence, drug dealing and illegal activity. Families ignore their children bad behaviors and blame the police for harassment. The families look the other way. Until those people are forced out of the community at large and good behavior values are reinforced, the violence will continue.

Remember the ones killed were generally themselves victimizing others and were responsible for drug dealing, violence, assaults, robberies etc. And were trying to control territories for their murderous intimidation criminal activities. Just like the movie SCARFACE.. there is always someone who wants your spot in the murderous criminal world.
They just eliminate the competition and start over with new updated people. Think of cleaning the house of old garbage.
