I shared my concern about this fire with San Carlos Council Member Matt Grocott. I didn't like the idea of an agency fining a business without knowing the cause of a suspicious fire (Explosion and Intense fire) very hard to put out. What caused it to keep burning?

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has fined Sims for both fires, I recommend they cancel at least the last fine immediately and re-look at the first fire. This agency was quick to fine without waiting for the cause to be determined.
