Did the school district benefit from the projects? If they did, it is unfair to saddle Tim with those debts. He has paid his debts....let him be.

@Karen, I disagree.
That's like me stealing your credit card, but only using it to install a $100k swimming pool in your yard while you're out of town. A pool that you don't want and can't afford and will spend years paying off.
Are you arguing in such a case that you've not suffered financially and there should be no restitution?

Helen is correct: the school has certainly flourished and utilized that money. The Woodside Elementary School Board should also be accountable, as a check and balance obligation? What shoddy finance and total lack of accountability by all parties.

The damage to PVSD goes way beyond the 110 K +plus he stole. Fiscal misappropriation and mismanagement has left ongoing financial turmoil.
