Menlo Park: To retreat or not to retreat?

Trips by Menlo Park city staff to Half Moon Bay and Napa during the past two months came as a surprise to at least one council member, and have raised questions about where the money — and how much — should be spent.

So they talked about building trust with council and residents and simultaneously ruined what little trust was left.

Telling stories better does not build trust, proper actions are needed.
