That intersection of March and Fair Oaks is especially dangerous for drivers waiting to turn left from Marsh onto Fair Oaks. When I do it, I am so fearful that someone will crash into me. THERE SHOULD BE A -NO LEFT TURN -FROM MARSH ONTO FAIR OAKS It would be safer. I don't know how this accident occured but it could have been because of someone driving down Marsh not paying attention and running into someone stopped waiting to turn onto Fair Oaks from Marsh

What does turning left onto Fair Oaks from Marsh have to do with an accident on Bay?
