High Speed Rail project proceeding is questioned

In an unusually frank interview with State Senator Mark DeSaulnier, when asked on a scale of 1 to 10 the chances of the project going ahead, he answered "1"

Senator DeSaulnier (D), Chair of the State Transportation and Housing committee, was particularly forceful in answering questions about the project in view of the adverse rulings from Judge Kenney.

If DeSaulnier is right, then this is great news for the voters and taxpayers of California. FINALLY, the provisions in Prop 1a that voters approved are being enforced.

To Mr. Brady and Mr. Flashman, I say "Well done sirs!"
