When these employees went to the District Attorney Stephen M. Wagstaffe office he said his office did not have the "funds" to investigate serious criminal charges of corruption and misuse of public funds.

San Carlos Vice Mayor Matt Grocott said the concerns raised by SamTrans insiders warrant an independent investigation into the district’s finances.
“I would like to see it investigated and seriously taken up by the district attorney’s office,” Grocott said.

I can tell you after the rally we had a great dinner in San Carlos and a brainstorming meeting for Whistleblower X.
The results were we all agreed that she is going to do great with her civil suit, the Taxpayers will be huge losers, it will take about 4 years to solve with a lot of perjury under oath depositions and we all advised her not to settle but instead make sure that a jury of 12 citizens gets to hear her incredible story. She has done everything right.
