As technology proliferates, privacy is lost -- Almanac Editorial

Original post made by Morris Brown, Menlo Park: Park Forest, on Oct 2, 2013

Mr. Gibboney is his editorial certainly voices concerns that all of us in Menlo Park, and the whole State and Country should take very seriously.

Menlo Park does not need license plate readers and the further loss of privacy which they will certainly effect should not be tolerated here in Menlo Park. We in Menlo Park should not promote more of "Big Brother Watching over us."

Our City Council whose all five members voted to implement these readers should be held accountable for this disgrace. This decision should be reversed.
