And this guy is now running loose on the streets?!? He's clearly an accident waiting to happen!!! Why doesn't a booking photo accompany this article? It would be tremendously helpful to know what he looks like in case we should encounter him out on the streets, or on our property.

Pearl, You are absolutely correct. Who knows what other harm this alleged criminal is doing right now.(He was caught red-handed.) A photo would help us avoid him--or turn him in if he's hanging around our properties.
