Menlo Park: Roxy Rapp chases down alleged thief

The real estate business lends itself to financial rather than criminal excitement, or at least it's supposed to. But a Menlo Park developer and his son found themselves chasing a thief through the streets on Aug. 15.

Raleigh - what really happened? I think the lack of accuracy may just be an indication on the buttering of this publication's bread.
