New El Camino bus service

A pilot program that has been running buses along El Camino Real from Daly City to Palo Alto on weekends has been so successful that SamTrans is creating a similar weekday service beginning Aug. 12.

Ms. Ackemann said: To get to San Francisco, riders will have to use Route 292, Caltrain, Muni or BART.
I checked the Samtrans website - (link provided) - Route KX will operate between Redwood City and San Bruno BART, via the San Francisco International Airport, with service to San Francisco only offered on weekdays during the peak-hour/peak-direction.

Interesting that ECR service accounts for 50% of all Samtrans service....
