If this trails is in a limited use area, why are those uses horseback riding and hiking?
The bicycle riders ought to have access to this trail too, imho
"The section of trail on the Cal Water side of Highway 35 is for hikers and equestrians only due to limited-use restrictions on Cal Water land."
