Bad news: Convicted con man Simon Gann will be returning to the Bay Area. Good news: He should be doing so courtesy of law enforcement.

I'm glad to read that this lowlife, unsuccessful sociopath got caught - once again! Hopefully, no bail for him when he hits our county.
