Will there be any financial grants to help elderly residents build second units?

A small but important correction to a quote:
"A Transportation Management Association can reduce vehicle trips not only for large employers such as Facebook, but also for smaller businesses and residential developments, according to Ms. Levin.
It is very important to note that this also helps smaller businesses. People already know that big businesses like Facebook and Google can use TDM to reduce trips, but aren't familiar with the ability to reduce trips for small to midsized businesses.

I understand that Menlo Park will allow in-law units with 5' setbacks ONLY if they can get permission from neighbors. This gives neighbors too much say in what we can and cannot do with our own property. I see that nothing has really changed.
