I suspect that they consider Sequoia Healthcare District to be a Foundation. It is not! It is an obsolete government agency created by voters to build Sequoia Hospital. It is funded by property taxes. It no longer owns Sequoia Hospital. The Sequoia Healthcare District should be dissolved before they compromise other worthy charities.
