In that presentation, a clearly recognizable greyed out likeness of Rich Gordon appeared. What was not clear, is whether this was intended to convey a message. Or, if Assemblyman Gordon approved of the implied endorsement which the presence of his image suggested.
Healthy communities are something we all value. The question is, should the two Hospital Districts (a.k.a. Healthcare Districts)which no longer own hospitals continue collecting property taxes which otherwise would go directly to schools, cities, the county and other districts.
