By all accounts, the Stanford project isn't at all what was expected by decision makers, and not at all what we residents were led to believe in the Vision process.
We don't have to roll over and accept what is happening. Time to course correct! The planning board is holding a study session on the 28th and needs to hear from residents. The Council said they intended to review Public Benefit in 6 months but no meeting is scheduled. This needs to change.
