Sand Hill pipeline replacement project extended

It'll be another month of traffic delays for those traveling along Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park.

"They encountered soil that had a higher sand content than expected..." Imagine that, a higher sand content on Sandhill Road. What a surprise!
