The different Judge was Smith who used to be on the Juvenile bench.
I have personally asked Steve Wagstaffe if he could confirm 2 phones calls that night from Ayres to Hon. Judge Marta Diaz.....He said he couldn't ongoing case etc. I was following up a lead from a very reliable source.
