Enforce the County leash law

It is high time that the Town Council put a stop to the use of the Town Center as a dog park. Too many people are coming from outside and within the town and letting their dogs have the run of the lawn areas, unleashed, even when surrounded by leashed dogs and small children playing. If they wanted to create a dog park, they might have considered using the property adjacent to Springdown for that purpose. As it is, almost no one walks that oval pathway, and if they do walk with a leashed dog, they face the prospect of encountering dogs running unleashed.
