Wednesday: County bag ban meeting

Local governments are taking steps this fall to turn a proposed ban on plastic bags into reality for San Mateo County.

If plastic bags are banned, then one has to buy some for the garbage, instead of using what we get and recycling the rest. The problem is with the people who litter anyway and are careless of the environment.
