Menlo Park vandalism: Youth may face 22 counts

Twenty-two counts of vandalism, one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and possession of burglary tools: Ryan Anthony Mattei, 18, is looking at a long laundry list of charges if the San Mateo County district attorney's office agrees with police.

WHEN SCHOOL IS OUT LET THE CRIMES BEGIN. I Hope they throw the book at these kids to teach them a lesson. If your old and stupid enough to know what your doing is wrong, I think they should all be charged as adults.

So what about federal charges since these were mailboxes and mail tampered with?
