Update: Tutor pleads not guilty to molestation charges

A former Menlo Park City School District employee pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of child molestation and other charges in San Mateo County Superior Court this afternoon. Yung Chi Chu, 46, was arrested by the Sheriff's Office on March 30 at his San Carlos home for allegedly molesting the 10-year-old daughter of a friend.

Actually, I think with time served, parole, good behavior he'll be out on probation in less than 6 month. What kind of justice do we have in this country!
