Atherton changes course on recruiting manager

The Atherton City Council is likely to abandon its plan to have former interim city manager John Danielson conduct the search for a new manager.

Really sounds like they are trying everything they can to work the system so this jabroni gets his pension AND a paycheck.

I guess it's just not corrupt enough to have your HR director put out some ads, interview some candidates, and hire one.
