If you haven't read the book about this man (titled "Unbroken"), and you like non-fiction biographies, please read it. You will be totally amazed at how this man went from top of the world, to survivor. The conditions in the Japanese prisoner-of-war camps were inhuman. The author did a wonderful job. She also wrote "Seabiscuit." They should make "Unbroken" into a movie too.
