Sure explains the 3am spraying in the unincorporated areas, without warning.

You should stop using pesticides and cutting. People may need the weeds that grow on the sides of roads like in the old days. Why in some areas, during the depression, if there weren't weeds on the side of the road people might have died of malnutrition. Heck, if you have the money and want to do some good, you might be best to just plow it up and throw out seeds for edibles if you wished to trully serve you constituents. Plant some berries, fruit trees...like the old days. (Fumes from vehicles never stopped the roadside farmers)
